Movie Science

This article talks about how movies manipulate the way we think while we watch them. Scientists studied groups watching Iron Man 2 and their studies show that our brains makes us unconsciously focus on the action, in this case the fight in the beginning. The director knew about this science and used it to create the scene in the best way that would focus on the action.

This was interesting to read, while short this article said alot about how we think. According to this our brains like to focus on only the action and nothing else. I never knew that but it kinda makes sense, in Spiderman 3 I only focused on things like the fight between Venom and Spiderman, and in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles the scenery was never more than empty rooms or sewer during a fight. Anyway this article was interesting and taught me something new.
